The Customer is Always Right

It's always nice to win an award. But when the award is determined by our customers, well, that makes it even more gratifying.

Bizrate® Circle of Excellence is a distinction earned by retailers who go above and beyond the norm to provide exceptional service to their online customers.

What makes the award so special is that it is based on real customer feedback. All winners received top satisfaction scores from their customers throughout the year. The award period for the 2010 award was August 1, 2009 through July 31, 2010.

This year we joined an elite group of retailers: a mere 2.7% of all online retailers in the Bizrate Insights North American Retailer Network were award the Circle of Excellence in 2010.

We just want to take this opportunity to thank our customers for shopping with us and for voting for us. Our biggest goal has always been to exceed your expectations, so we’re excited you recognize and appreciate it.

Although this is our third Circle of Excellence award, we vow to continue going above and beyond to serve aquarium hobbyists in the years to come.
